Polar G-Series Countertop Prep Fridge 4x GN 1/3 & 1x 1/2GN
Able to accommodate up to five gastronorm trays (4 x 1/3GN and 1x 1/2GN, sold separately), the Polar G-Series servery topper is an excellent choice for hygienic refrigerated ingredient access in smaller sandwich shops, pizzerias and restaurants.
With precise digital controls and strong stainless steel construction, the topper is simple to use, clean and maintain. In addition, the powerful refrigeration technology is able to keep food cool even when ambient temperatures reach up to 32°C - perfect for hot summer days or high-pressure professional kitchens. GN trays sold separately.
Please note: Climate Class 4 refrigeration is rated for operation in ambient temperatures ranging from 16°C to 30°C. However, this product has been tested and approved for use within a wider room temperature range of 10°C to 32°C.
Please note - to prevent transit damage, the glass sneeze screen is not attached to the machine on delivery. A small amount of self-assembly is required.
