De energiezuinige Polar U-Series 4-deurs koelwerkbank is een uitstekende combinatie van betrouwbare opslag en krachtige koeling, met aanzienlijke besparingen op de gebruikskosten. Ontworpen voor heavy-duty gebruik is deze koeltafel speciaal gemaakt voor de drukste en meest veeleisende keukens.
Binnen- en buitenzijde zijn uitgevoerd in roestvrij staal. Deze premium professionele koelwerkbank is compatibel met 1/1 gastronorm bakken, zodat u GN-bakken eenvoudig direct in de werkbank kunt schuiven. Geforceerde luchtkoeling levert indrukwekkende prestaties en zorgt voor constante temperaturen, zelfs wanneer de deuren continu worden geopend. De compressor is zo geplaatst dat de afstand die de koude lucht moet afleggen kleiner is, wat de temperatuurbetrouwbaarheid verder verbetert.
De deuren zijn afsluitbaar voor voorraadbeveiliging, terwijl de robuuste zwenkwielen het eenvoudig maken de werkbank te verplaatsen voor reiniging.
