The Pratica Fit Line Panini Press is engineered for high¿efficiency foodservice operations that demand speed, consistency and quality. Designed as a dedicated accessory for Pratica Fit Line ovens, it fits models JK251, JK252, JK253 and JK254. By applying even pressure, the press helps deliver evenly toasted, golden-brown paninis with crisp grill marks - crispy on the outside with perfectly melted fillings - so service moves faster and presentation stays on point in cafés, food trucks and quick service kitchens.

Built from heavy duty, commercial¿grade aluminium with a non¿stick coating, the press releases food cleanly, helping to reduce clean down time. Components are easy to install, simple to use and dishwasher safe. A generous opening range of 12mm to 74.6mm accommodates larger paninis, melts, subs, burritos and quesadillas, whilst the compact, fold¿away design saves valuable storage. For safer handling, an innovative paddle design lets staff slide food between the plates and manage opening and closing with confidence. Cannot be used individually - oven and accessory sold separately.
