Reliable and powerful, the Robot Coupe features a robust 500W single phase induction motor, delivering a dependable single speed at 375 rpm. This provides consistent slicing, ripple cutting, grating, dicing, shredding and French fries across fruit, vegetables and cheese - the perfect assistant for the busy professional kitchen.

Lateral ejection directs produce straight into food trays to save worktop space and speed up service, whilst lever-activated auto restart maintains rapid throughput between batches. Two hoppers provide versatility - a large-capacity feed for bulk items and a precision feed of Ø58mm or Ø39mm for long or delicate produce.
