The upper part of the chamber is regulated by a thermostat. This allows for optimal temperature control, guaranteeing perfect cooking conditions for your pizzas. Meanwhile, the lower part, including the firestone, is controlled by a power regulator. This ensures that the bottom of your pizzas receive just the right amount of heat. Furthermore, with the ability to regulate the lower part, you can cater to pizzas with thin and thicker bases, as well as pizzas with an extra thick dough.

In addition to the dual regulation system, the PZ 430 D double deck pizza oven also features infrared quartz tubes positioned in the upper part and under the firestone. These specialised tubes emit a powerful radiation of 1050°C onto the food enabling rapid and thorough cooking.
