The PZ430 S using high speed quartz/infra red elements can cook a fresh pizza up to 16" (Ø) in 3 minutes. From frozen cooking time is approx 5 minutes. With a stone base for an even spread of heat under the pizza you will achive perfect results time after time. Thanks to the independent control of the top and bottom elements the PZ430S also works as a grill for toasted sandwiches etc and a warming oven. The PZ430 S can be stacked up to three high using the PZ stacking bracket. Features 15 minute timer with constant overide position, 350°C thermostat and independent element control.
