Specifically designed to save invaluable kitchen prep time, the 3 phase Sammic CA41 veg prep machine cuts, slices, shreds and dices up to 650kg of vegetables every hour - effortlessly. Ideal for schools, hotels, hospitals and restaurants, the Sammic features a powerful 3 phase 550W motor which can process huge quantities of ingredients and delivers consistent results to minimise waste. This CA-41 is supplied with disc kit 2, which comprises of 4mm julienne and shredding discs, a 3mm curved slicing disc, 10mm chipping and dicing grids and a 10mm slicing disc, allowing maximum versatility and utility.
