Its 23kW thermostatic burner system and push-button piezo ignition, allows for precise temperature control and effortless start up.

Measuring 900mm in width, the GP516-RB/N natural gas griddle offers a generous cooking surface for searing meats and scorching vegetables. It includes a ventilated two drawer refrigeration base, which is 1/1 gastronorm compatible for easy transfer of ingredients. For hassle-free cleaning and maintenance, there is a stainless steel grease drawer and 3mm splashguard.
