From pancakes and eggs to steaks and chicken, the G9541CR chrome griddle plate is ideal. This model has an 8.2kW burner, is thermostatically-controlled and has a temperature range of 95-290°C. The plate is completely surrounded by a grease trough which, along with a removable grease collection area makes the G9541 easy to clean. The chrome plate is incredibly easy to clean, emits very little heat and would look great in any front of house situation. The chrome plate is particularly good at producing food items such as pancakes, drop scones etc.
