The ribbed and flat plate can both be controlled independently to match the food at any given time, giving you the ability to work off a single zone during quieter hours to reduce energy costs as well. A handy drain hole and catchment drawer filters away excess fat to assist with cleaning, with a heightened splashguard built on to make sure none is spat onto adjoining surfaces.
